Oct 27th to 29th, 2017: Workshop on 'Cognitive Behavioural Therapy' in collabration with Team Jagruth

A three-day workshop on ‘Basic Principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy’ was organized by Jagruth and facilitated by ::Muktha:: Foundation (An Initiative to Prevent Abuse and Promote Mental Health) from 27th October to 29th October, 2017 at Jagruth Office, Nagawara. The workshop was facilitated by Ashwini N.V (Founder-Director ::Muktha:: ) and Dr. Sowmya Puttaraju, an affiliate of ::Muktha:: and a member of TRI, Bangalore.
