We are very happy to share that Nobel Peace Prize Laureate #Kailash Sathyarthi awarded ::Muktha:: Foundation (An Initiative to Prevent Abuse and Promote Mental Health) with a souvenir of appreciation for the work we are doing to prevent child sexual abuse. Ashwini N.V, our founder- director of ::Muktha:: Foundation had the opportunity to meet him and receive this note of commendation on 16th September, 2017 at Balbhavan, Cubbon Park, Bangalore.
We thank Young Indians Bengaluru ( Part of Confederation of Indian Industries - CII) for hosting the event and for having ::Muktha:: Foundation be part of Project Masoom- a nationwide initiative to eliminate child sexual abuse. Thank you Faith Foundation and Storywallahs for being part of this noble endeavor as well.
::Muktha:: Foundation (An Initiative to Prevent Abuse and Promote Mental Health) has conducted programmes in several states of the country in the last one and a half year on 'Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse' and aims to reach out to all the states of the country in the next year with programmes to prevent child sexual abuse.
